At
Anu's temple, 3,800 B.C., at Uruk (Erech), Sumer's sacred precinct, Anu's
wife, Antu, gave Irnini sexual advice, then ceremonially gave her
to Anu. When Anu and Irnini made love, they spread ecstasy and
epiphany to Antu and the Nibuan elite meditating outside the
love-chamber. Anu gifted Irnini with the Uruk
temple. He renamed Irnini Inanna (Anu's Beloved) and
enjoyed her as his bedmate on his visits to
Earth. Inanna
administered the temple district in
Uruk through a priest/king who was her paternal nephew (the son of
her brother Ute/Shamash by a Terran female.
Anu and
his pioneer children, Enlil, Enki and Ninharsag, collectively
called "The Great Anunaki," decided to create three
administrative regions for the Astronauts and their respective
Earthlings and one for Astronauts and their descendants
only. They would initially build up the First region,
Mesopotamia, for the Enlilites, then the Enkiite region, Egypt and
Africa, then the Indus Valley region for Inanna to
administer. Enki must share his "MEs"--computer programs
(for handicrafts, city-building, brickmaking, temple
construction, justice administration, harbor, canal and
irrigation-system design, etc.) with the other Astronauts, whose
Earthlings would build cities using the programs and
that the Astronauts would henceforth be designated gods for the
Earthlings,
who would serve them through kings.
Inanna
was consumed with impatience while the Mesopotamian domains of the
other Enlilites were being built in the first region.
"All the while the domain of her own she demanded. The
Third
Region
after the second one well come! her leaders thus assured
her. Rather than just wait, she determined to expand
the ceremonial center at Uruk into a city like those dedicated to
the other Enlilite Astronauts. She noted that Enki had given
Enlil's heir, Ninurta, fifty MEs, including the programs for
mathematics, beermaking, smithing, pottery, wagon and wheelmaking
and law. To make Uruk a city, Inanna, too, needed MEs. Great-uncle Enki
had the MEs.
Uncle Enki used to flirt with her when he
came to his villa on the Persian Gulf. He had MEs for
weaponry, statecraft, mathematics, writing, metallurgy, masonry,
arts, courts. Uncle Enki could help her start
a city and thrill her with advanced sexual practices too. Inanna visited Enki at
Abzu, his palace in southeast Africa. She got him drunk, seduced
him and had him hand her the ME chips she needed to create her
city. She had her pilot take the MEs back to Uruk
before Enki captured her, held her in his Mesopotamian villa at
Eridu and tried to get the MEs back. However, Inanna's
grandfather, Enlil, heard of her plight and flew to Eridu to
confront Enki. "By right the MEs I have obtained,
Enki himself placed them in my hand placed them! So did
Inanna to Enlil say; the truth Enki meekly admitted."
[ Sitchin, 2002:281].
Enlil ordered
kingship of Sumer transferred to Inanna's city of Uruk.
She used the MEs to make Uruk from a
temple precinct into a mighty
city state, ruled by Enmerkar, the son of and successor to her
nephew.

Anu
pardoned Marduk and let him return from exile, but
"Marduk's fury knew no bounds: Why will Inanna, a
cause of Dumuzi's death, her own region get?"
[Sitchin, op.cit.,
275].
Marduk
was further enraged when Inanna successfully used the MEs
she obtained from his father to build Uruk as the ruling
capital of Sumer. Marduk's "anger knew no
bounds. A sacred city of his own in the Edin
he forthwith demanded. When Enlil to Marduk's appeal
played no heed, Marduk fate in his own hands grasped."
[op,cit.: 281]
To
Babylon, Marduk summoned his son Nabu, his followers in
the active Astronaut service (the Igigi) and his Earthling
followers, in 3450 B.C., to build a spaceport4
for him in Babylon to break the Enlilite monopoly on space
travel.
