CONSCIOUSNESS
Flow energy between your crowns. Imagine a thousand-petaled
white lotus blossoms at your crown. White light from
the lotuses at the crown of you and your lover meet
and descend, as you inhale, into each of you. Say,
"I love you and merge with you. May you
experience your unity with the Universe." Chant
MMM. See your lights reaching out to lovers
everywhere. Expand beyond
the two of you, connect with nature, the plants and animals
around you. Identify with them. Chant
MMM.
Embrace
yourself in the love of Mother Gaia. Earth has
consciousness too. Salute her and honor her
love. She nurtures you. Move up into the
clouds. Connect with the eagle and sore with
him. Feel the sun on your face. Know
Sol's power. It's the same that runs through
you. As you chant one
final MMM, imagine your lotus-lights meeting all
those of everyone on Earth. Experience your unity
with humanity. Then move up, up beyond the
limits of the Earth to the solar system, the galaxy
and beyond. Now touch the face of God.

REASONS FOR BLOCKS: When you reach
this, the seventh chakra, you will realize that the
first six chakras can be viewed as obstacles along
the road that you traveled and overcame in order to
come to this state of self-realization that
corresponds to the crown chakra. In this the highest
level of human development, all the body and mind’s
tensions and conflicts have been dissolved and
potentials tapped. The serpent goddess, the
kundalini has now passed through every form of
consciousness and life, leaves them all behind and
rises to her fullest height. At this point you
experience cosmic consciousness and universal
oneness.
Rise to wider perspectives of your
crown chakra yet stay aware of the wisdom of the
other six. Encompass more than Thinker, Pleaser or
other subselves. Expand your awareness to more than
your body. Expand your perspective to everyone and
everything, everywhere at all times.
