CANCELLATION POLICY

The date we receive your written cancellation
determines amount we refund to you.
Refund Policy for Workshops, Conferences, Seminars,
Services & Events:

Full
payment required for events $100 or less.
50%
deposit required when you make reservation for events or
services over
$100.
Balance is due in full a minimum of one week (7 days) before
event to guarantee your time and space.
If full we do not receive full payment 7 days before the
event, reservation and deposit is forfeit.
Hawaii sales tax of 4.166% is added for all Hawaii events.
If you
register but cannot attend, you may:
Apply your credit
towards another School of Tantra service or event within one year (12
months)
subject to a $75 processing fees plus price increase, if
any, of the service or event.
Returned
checks will be charged a $30 bank service fee
