Chakra 1: PERINEUM:
MATERIAL GROUNDING (Lam)
Join
your lovers in healthy activities. Help each other
feel secure and safe. Share financially.
Encourage each other’s wellness as you eat, exercise and
stretch together. Massage each other all over. Caress each
other’s base chakras, inside and out. Chant "Lam".
If
you’re male, have your lovers put fingers into your rectum
and stroke your prostate and the pleasure spot behind your
pubic bone.
Whatever
your sex, base massage helps you hear inner voices focused
on your survival. As your lovers touch you, you hear your
Inner Critic, your Pleaser, your Warrior. You hear voices
that protect your Kid from overwhelming physical and
emotional pain and death. Interview these voices, learn
their present concerns. Listen to your Inner Child. Let all
your inner voices express themselves and you can integrate
their contributions.
Chakra 2: GENITALS: SEX,
SENSUALITY, REPRODUCTION (Vam)
Finger
soft, stroke the women’s sacred sectors--inner, belly-side
vagina from pubic bone to orifice. If strokes help her
relive deep hurts, help her let-go. Rescript self-limiting
decisions. Then she will, with great pleasure, respond to
your yoni massage. She ejaculates. Amrita springs from its
urethral font.
The
women manipulate the men’s first and second chakras. A
man, too, regresses, releases pent-up emotions and learns
alternate behaviors which better serve him now.
Enjoy
a wider range of sensuality.
Join
genitals. Men, whether your penis be limp or erect, nestle
it into the women’s yoni.
And
men, master ejaculatory choice. Breathe
fully. When you feel ejaculation pending, shift
your focus from your genitals to your hands eyes and lips
delighting your lovers. Pull energy up from your genitals as
you squeeze your pubococcygeal, diaphragm and throat
muscles. Picture this energy flowing from your
crown into your lovers’. Chant "Vam."
Men
and women center yourselves and master your sexy and conservative voices.
Chakra 3:
SOLAR PLEXIS: POWER, DIGESTION (Ram)
Take
what's yours, choose boundaries right for you. Assert yourself appropriately. Empower each other.
Explore
power chakra dynamics with your love group. You’ll learn
how you bond, sometimes sweetly, sometimes sourly, into
parental-child roles. In Ram meditations, you learn
to return to sweet interaction.
Sour
interaction with a lover usually starts when you (or they),
feel scared or hurt. But you hide your hurt, hide it and act
logical or focus on them or covertly criticize yourself
for feeling hurt.
You
learn to use Voice Dialogue to stop the sourness, stop the defensive stance
hiding your pain. Say what hurts you and what you
imagine's upsetting her or him,
under her or his defensiveness. When you and this lover each
unmask your underlying
fears and insecurities, you talk till you're again sweetly
connected. Acknowledge your disowned voices and return to center
and to sweet interaction.
Chakra
4: HEART: LOVE, COURAGE (Yam)
Chant
yam, evoke your Divine Lover and send love, adoration, support and
cheer to your lovers. Get sweet; romance
each other.
Develop
shared consciousness–identify with each other.
Walk in each other's spiritual moccasins. Then
synergize your
separate spirits within a larger spirit, the spirit of your
love group.
Chakra 5: THROAT:
EXPRESSION (Ham)
In
All Chakra Tantra, you chant, "ham". You listen
to and express each of your
inner voices (subselves). You appreciate them and find
creative ways to express them.
Honor
your lovers’ many voices too. Speak authentically,
kindly and effectively to them.
Sanctify
sex. Speak reverently and romantically of sacred sexual organs and
acts. Words like yoni ("sacred space")
for vagina, lingam (wand of light) for
penis, "honoring" for cunnilingus and fellatio,
"rosebud" for anus, "drapes" for vaginal
lips, "pearl" for clitoral head, "polishing
her pearl" for clitoral honoring, etc. Create
your own poetic sex words.
Chakra 6: BRAIN:
VISION, INTUITION, INTELLECT (Ooo)
For
Ooo, the sixth chakra, recognize your Intellect as a subself.
Employ your Intellect as needed and refuse its masquerade as
you, the Center.
Share and expand
visions for yourself, your lovers, your community and world.
Intuit each other's thoughts and feelings. Connect
psychically with your kids, parents and friends. Dreams, past
life images, fantasies guide you.

7:
CROWN: UNITY CONSCIOUSNESS (Mmm)
Rise

with divine play that can manifest all forms. Infuse all
chakras with the radiant joy of your spiritual chakra. Treat
