Dr. Lessin, assisted by his wife, Janet Kira Lessin,  leads participants through partner exercises that explore inner voices and their scripts--this life and before--for sex and relationships.   Participants choose partners and take turns breathing to the music.  One partner, the "breather," lies blindfolded on a mat and breathes deep and fast to music, experiencing, for 2 1/2 hours, whatever comes up.  The other partner, the "sitter," watches and supports the breather.  Then partners trade breather and sitter roles.  Participants draw, then discuss the experience.  Dr. Lessin helps help them accept the vulnerable, instinctual, spiritual and protective energies experienced in the breathwork, and to balance these energies from a Voice Dialogue perspective.  He gives group-goers an hour-long follow-up session to develop a centered perspective on their experience.
