TOO MUCH SACRED SPOT CAUSE CARPAL TUNNEL?
Dear Kira,
I'm a tantrica and I do a lot of sacred sector massage on both men
and women. My hands are beginning to hurt a lot, especially
the right hand, the one I use the most. I'm wondering if
it's possible that I am getting carpal tunnel syndrome? If
so, what would you recommend? I love my work, it's my spiritual
path and I would hate to give it up.

carpal tunnel syndrome. Please remember to position yourself
in a way that you won't hurt yourself when honoring the Gods
and Godesses that come to you for sacred healing. Elevate
your beloveds, use plenty of pillows and shift your body
positiions frequently so you don't harm your back and neck.
If you go into pleasing others too much and you forget about
yourself, then it won't be fun for either of you.
