Explore power chakra dynamics with your love group. You’ll learn how you bond, sometimes sweetly, sometimes sourly, into parental-child roles. In Ram meditations, you learn to return to sweet interaction.

Sour interaction with a lover usually starts when you (or they), feel scared or hurt. But you hide your hurt, hide it and act logical or focus on them or covertly criticize yourself  for feeling hurt.

You learn to use Voice Dialogue to stop the sourness, stop the defensive stance hiding your pain.  Say what hurts you and what you imagine's upsetting her or him, under her or his defensiveness. When you and this lover each unmask your underlying fears and insecurities, you talk till you're again sweetly connected.  Acknowledge your disowned voices and return to center and to sweet interaction.

Chakra 4: HEART: LOVE, COURAGE (Yam)

Chant yam, evoke your Divine Lover and send love, adoration, support and cheer to your lovers.  Get sweet; romance each other.

Develop shared consciousness–identify with each other.   Walk in each other's spiritual moccasins.   Then synergize your separate spirits within a larger spirit, the spirit of your love group.  

Chakra 5: THROAT: EXPRESSION (Ham)

In All Chakra Tantra, you chant, "ham".  You listen to and express each of your inner voices (subselves).  You appreciate them and find creative ways to express them.

Honor your lovers’ many voices too.  Speak authentically, kindly and effectively to them.

Sanctify sex.  Speak reverently and romantically of sacred sexual organs and acts.  Words like yoni ("sacred space") for vagina, lingam (wand of light) for penis, "honoring" for cunnilingus and fellatio, "rosebud" for anus, "drapes" for vaginal lips, "pearl" for clitoral head, "polishing her pearl" for clitoral honoring, etc.  Create your own poetic sex words.

Chakra 6: BRAIN: VISION, INTUITION, INTELLECT (Ooo)

For Ooo, the sixth chakra, recognize your Intellect as a subself.  Employ your Intellect as needed and refuse its masquerade as you, the Center.
