INNER PARENTS & INNER CHILD GIFT EACH OTHER
A Visualization for Female Receiver

Read the directions below to the Receiver. Where you see
three asterisks ***, pause for Receiver to respond aloud:

Imagine an Ideal Mom–not your actual mother. This Ideal
Mother represents your Inner Mother–you capacity to nurture
yourself. Picture her from the perspective of the Little Girl in
you. Notice how Ideal Mom looks to your inner 6-year-old. Notice
Ideal Mom's face, her hair, her physique. Tell me how you picture
her. ***

Ideal Mom looks into your eyes and you can feel her total
love, dedication and unconditional acceptance of you. She has just
one beloved child–you. She's delighted seeing you.

She and your Inner Child will exchange gifts, gifts that show
how they feel about each other.

First, the Ideal Mother gives her gift. Notice, then tell me
how she presents her symbolic gift to the little girl. See how the
girl receives the gift, watch her reacts to the present and to her
Ideal Mom. Tell me. ***

Now the Child has a gift for Mom. What physical gift does
the Girl give Mom and how does she honor Inner Girl' gift? ***

How does she hold the Child? ***

Now imagine an Inner Dad. Visualize him. He'll represent a
subpersonality--your Inner Father. The Inner Dad you picture evokes
a part of you that will serve you the rest of your life.

Notice Ideal Dad's appearance, demeanor and adoring regard he
has for you. Tell me what he looks like. ***

Imagine your Ideal Dad and Inner Girl exchange gifts that
symbolize how they feel toward each other. Notice what they give,
how they receive the gifts, how they hug. Describe what you imagine.
***

See your Inner Mom and Inner Dad hugging you and each other
all together.

Cup your hands. [When she's cupped her hands] Imagine you
miniaturize your Inner Mom and Dad and Girl and put their miniatures
into your cupped hands.

Gently settle your hands on your heart and imagine you are
easing your Inner Mom, Dad and Girl into your heart. Keep feeling
them in your heart as you lower your hands to your side. In your
heart, your Girl teaches her Inner Parents how to parent her better
and better, whether you think of them or not. But if you want to
consult your inner parents, all you need to do is touch your heart.

CANCELLATION POLICY
if you must cancel notify us in writing to address below or via email at schooloftantra@aol.com
 School of Tantra, PO Box 2973, Wailuku, HI  96793. 
 The date we receive your written cancellation determines amount we refund to you.

Refund Policy for Workshops, Conferences, Seminars, Services & Events:

Days Before Event Refund (in percentage of total fee for event, less $75 minimum)
90+ 75%
60-89 50%
31-59 25%
6-30 no refund

Full payment required for events $100 or less. 
50% deposit required when you make reservation for events or services over $100.
Balance is due in full a minimum of one week (7 days) before event to guarantee your time and space. 
If full we do not receive full payment 7 days before the event, reservation and deposit is forfeit. 

 Hawaii sales tax of 4.166% is added for all Hawaii events.

If you register but cannot attend, you may:
Apply your credit towards another School of Tantra service or event within one year (12 months)
subject to a $75 processing fees plus price increase, if any, of the service or event.

Returned checks will be charged a $30 bank service fee
