Desensitize
the Penis
If
you are having difficulties and ejaculate prematurely, you may
want to consider densentizing your penis. While it may seem odd at
first to purposely reduce sensations and pleasure, in the long run
if you are able to hold back ejaculating, youll be able to
experience more powerful orgasms than you had before. Eventually
youll be able to completely control your ejaculations and turn
them into injaculations.
Numbing
the nerve endings in the head of the penis allows couples to make
love longer and achieve greater satisfaction for both. Sexual
glands and organs become stronger. You feel more vital and
biologically youthful. As you strengthen your member, youll be
able to come more and more just like a teenager, but may want to
hold back until you both chose that youll ejaculate, so youll
both have more fun and pleasure.
Practice
Mastering Ejaculatory Control
To
being mastering your ejaculation, follow this simple
procedure. Self stimulate or have your lover stimulate your
penis raising the energy as you get excited. Use a numbering
system of 1-10 to measure your level of arousal. Ten is over
the top and you have ejaculated. Nine is the point of
ejaculatory inevitability, where you feel your seminal vessel
about to empty and you're close to coming. When you reach
eight, stop stimulating your penis, empty out all the air from
your lungs, suck up your belly, imagine sending energy from your
base chakra up through all the chakras in your spine and out the
top of the crown into your beloved, and puse your PC
muscles. Pause a few minutes till you regain control and
begin the cycle again.

PC
Muscle Exercises
Beneficial
for both men and women, PC muscle exercises are fun and easy to
do. The PC muscle, the major muscle that contracts during
orgasms, when strengthened increases sensations of pleasure and
extends orgasmic response, increasing enjoyment for you and your
lover.
Try
stopping the flow of urine in mid stream. When you stop at a
traffic light when driving, pulse your PC muscle until the light
changes. Incorporate PC muscle exercises into some routine part of
your life so you'll remember to do it. It's a good health
practice, fun, and no one will know what you're doing.

and Therapy
Many
times there are deep psychological and emotional issues
surrounding premature ejaculation. If the methods suggested
here don't seem to help, you may want to consider psychotherapy
with a professional counselor to help you uncover and reprogram
trauma that is preventing you from your total bliss.
