7th Annual Harbin Hot Springs Polyamory Conference

 

INFORMATION

Camp, or, for the first 25 early sign-ups, sleep in the Meadow Building

Costs:
Earlybirds

The first 25 who request it in writing get the option Friday night, Sept 11 and Saturday night, September 12, if requested with their payments, of sleeping in the Meadow Building's carpeted seminar room (lights out Friday at 10PM, Saturday at midnight).  After you register, email your request for indoor housing to worldpolyamory@aol.com.

    

Optional catered meals at $60 or bring your own food, purchase eats from Harbin or some combination of these options.

 

 

We're offering delicious, inexpensive meals (menus to come) for Friday dinner, Saturday breakfast, lunch and dinner and Sunday breakfast and lunch.  Feel free to bring your own food, but keep in mind there are no cooking facilities available. There are several restaurants at Harbin but if you go up above for your meals, you may miss some of the action at the conference.

Please, after you register and make your payment, print out your receipt and bring it with you as proof of payment.

Refund Policy

Minimum cancellation fee for conferences is $75.00

Days Before Event Refund (in percentage of total fee for event, less $75)
90+ 75%
60-89 50%
31-59 25%
6-30 no refund

 Hawaii sales tax of 4.166% is added for all Hawaii events and services that take place in Hawaii

Returned checks will be charged a $30 bank service fee.
